Collection: Matcha and hojicha powder
Matcha tea is distinguished by its bright green color, fresh green aromas and mild seaweed flavor, and is rich in antioxidants (catechin EGCG), amino acids (theanine), vitamin C and caffeine. As in other green teas, the effects of caffeine are balanced here due to its special relationship with theanine, which has a relaxing and calming effect.
Hojicha powder is roasted green tea ground into a fine powder (similar to matcha). It has a light brown color and a rich nutty flavor. Unlike matcha or coffee, it has little caffeine, so it is perfect for both morning and evening. Drink a hojicha latte: dissolve 2-4 g of hojicha powder in a small amount of water and pour over frothed milk. Can be made hot or cold.
