Hojicha latte

When autumn begins in Japan and the leaves turn a variety of colors, many choose Hojicha latte - a cozy, warm combination of roasted green tea and milk that is perfect for both adults and children - it has a low caffeine content and a lot of chocolate and nutty flavors.
NEEDS :
About 4 g hojicha powder
About 40 ml of water at 80 °C
160-180 ml of warmed milk or plant-based drink
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Sift 4 g of hojicha powder into a dry, heated container. Add a little (about 40 ml) of hot water (about 80 °C). Then stir slowly with a rotating motion (preferably with a special whisk). Then pour this hojicha mass into a warmed cup of about 250 ml. In a separate container, shake the warm (about 70 °C) herbal drink or milk and pour it into the hojicha base. And enjoy!
