Tea with mineral water

YOU WILL NEED (per serving):
- Teapot
- Cups
- 5 g of tea leaves
- 20-30 ml of hot water
- Ice cubes
- Mineral water
PREPARATION1. Place the leaves in a teapot and pour hot water over them.
2. After 1 minute, add some ice cubes and carefully add the carbonated water.
3. After 30 seconds, pour through a sieve into a glass.
The drink will be thicker in both color and flavor if the leaves are smaller.
It is recommended to use strongly carbonated water.This method is suitable for brewing various types of tea – sencha, gyokuro, hojicha, etc. Try it - it's a great refreshing summer drink!
